What kind of products can you ship?
We can ship anything from food to clothing to soap, anything besides explosives.
Do you do pallet in pallet out as well as storage and shipping?
Yes, we do!
What’s your turnaround time on orders?
The turnaround time for consumer small orders is 24 hrs, wholesale and box store orders are 48 hours, and LTL shipments are three business days.
What are your SLAs?
Unless you enter into an agreement with Sherpack that supersedes these policies, the service levels described here will apply by default.
Who gets charged for shipping?
Most of the time we get charged and pass that cost down to you. You can also ship out of a third party if that’s your preference.
Does Sherpack have a storage minimum?
Sherpack does not have a storage minimum— the only minimum that we have is that your pick and pack equals your storage.
What kind of volume can Sherpack usually handle?
Currently, we ship anywhere from two thousand to four thousand orders a day. We can easily handle up to ten thousand orders a day.
How do you verify the pick and pack and is there any kind of guarantee with it?
We currently use a software WMS called Infoplus. We scan each item and we guarantee 98% order accuracy or above or else we pay for the pick-and-pack fee.
Which shopping carts to you integrate with at Sherpack?
We can integrate any that have an open API.
How do you handle returns?
Returns come to us and then we process them, and put them in the system as good or damaged.
What’s your cutoff time for last minute orders?
Most of our carriers pick up between 2:00 and 3:00 in the afternoon so usually by about 1:00.
Do I have to provide my own boxes and supplies?
You do not, but you are also welcome to if you would like.
Customized Kitting
Can Sherpack handle custom kitting subscription boxes and PDQs?
Yes, our offerings include custom kitting services! We do a lot of PDQs in stores and we also do subscription box companies from anywhere from 100 a month to 2,000 boxes a month.
Can you help me find custom packaging?
We help most of our clients supply anywhere from normal brown boxes to customized logo boxes to bags that have their logo on them.

The root word of Sherpack is Sherpa, we like to help guide our clients to their personal and business peaks and that’s where we came up with that!
How fast can I expect to hear from a trail guide if I reach out to them with a problem?
Currently we say that our reach out time is four hours but a lot of times it happens faster than that.
